WERQ Fitness would like to welcome Sonja Burns to the WERQ Rep Program as WERQ Rep #16. Sonja completed WERQ Instructor Training in January 2013 and teaches WERQ in Maryland. She is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
When Sonja describes WERQ she talks about the music. ”The music is pop, rock and hip hop that is currently charting. We hear it on the radio, in the malls, everywhere. It’s amazing how fast people pick up on the choreography when they are familiar with the music!”
WERQ would like to recognize Sonja for her role in bringing WERQ to Maryland and repping WERQ at the highest level.
WERQ Reps are WERQ Instructors hand-selected by WERQ Fitness, LLC in recognition of their contributions to the WERQ brand. Reps earn their titles by demonstrating a strong commitment to the WERQ format and strong understanding of the WERQ brand.
